Emma Case (she/her)

Emma Case is the award winning founder of Women Beyond the Box, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion company. Launched in 2018 with a commitment to cultivating Neuro-inclusive workplaces. Women Beyond the Box is home to the annual Top 50 Influential Neurodivergent Women list, a groundbreaking campaign that shines a spotlight on and honours the careers of Neurodivergent women.

Drawing from her expertise in women's leadership and a decade of coaching individuals and teams, Emma extends her impact by supporting global organisations in developing their Neuroinclusion strategies.
Providing data driven training sessions and practical workshops bridging the gap between Neurodivergent and Neurotypical people at work. Facilitating sessions such as ‘Thriving without Burnout’ and ‘Leading with Confidence’.

Diagnosed with ADHD and Dyspraxia, Emma utilises first hand experiences with in depth professional knowledge. With a background in the creative industries, Emma brings a fresh approach to Neuroinclusion at work.
