Melanie Francis, Chartered FCIPD is Director of Neurodiversity at Work at Do-IT Solutions. She is an experienced HR Director with extensive expertise in supporting organisations across the employee lifecycle. She has held senior roles including HR Director at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Strategic People Partner at London Business School, with additional commercial experience at Vodafone, Jisc and Oxford University Press. She was named one of HR's Most Influential Practitioners by HR Magazine in 2025.

She supports organisations on their neuroinclusion journey through training, tools and consultancy and is a passionate advocate, regularly speaking, training and sharing insights on neuroinclusive practice.
