Paul Ellis began teaching in schools and universities in the 1990s and has held senior positions in two of the main global education providers: the IB and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. He has worked with teachers and school leaders on all continents as a workshop leader and conference presenter, and to advise and support schools in their professional learning needs. He broadcasts regularly on educational topics and has co-authored or edited more than a dozen educational books, including The Trainer Toolkit, The What, Why, and How of Assessment, and Neurodiversity and Education (all published by Sage/Corwin).
