Ahsoka Wallace (They/Them)

Ahsoka Wallace is a highly skilled head bartender with nine years of experience in hospitality, having worked across the UK in Aberdeen, Cardiff, and now London.
Beyond bartending, Ahsoka is a passionate advocate for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing within the hospitality industry. They serve on the Drinks United Advisory Council and are an Ember with Equal Measures UK, working to create a more inclusive and supportive industry. As a strong voice for neurodiversity, having lived experience with autism, dyspraxia and dysgraphia, they lead Hospitality Neurodiversity panel talks, raising awareness and fostering conversations about accessibility and representation.
