Ben Palmer
Ben Palmer's life took a transformative turn at 45 with an autism and ADHD diagnosis, providing long-awaited validation after years of living with OCD, anxiety, and depression. More recently, he developed C-PTSD following traumatic medical experiences. As a father to two neurodivergent boys, he understands firsthand the challenges of accessing the right support and the deep desire for children to be safe, happy, and have opportunities in life. His extensive lived experience, combined with professional expertise in the SEND sector, shapes his approach to work. Ben is committed to excellence, transparency, equity, simplicity, and authenticity—values he brings to every project, embodying the true essence of the neurodivergent experience.
