Lisa Rose is an experienced data scientist, neurodiversity consultant, and researcher, renowned for her engaging presentations that highlight her experiences and insights as an autistic and dyspraxic person.
As the Neurodiversity Awareness Lead for EY’s Neurodiversity Community, she is committed to promoting neuroinclusion within professional environments.

Currently pursuing her MEd in Autism at the University of Strathclyde, Lisa Rose focuses her research on neuroinclusion and employee experience. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lisa Rose is an enthusiastic runner and a dedicated volunteer at junior parkrun, where she champions inclusion and community building through outdoor activities. Additionally, she contributes her time as a volunteer biological recorder, helping various nature charities by surveying local species.
