Eliana Bravos
Eliana is a social impact entrepreneur passionate about neuroinclusion, accessibility, and creating supportive communities.
As one of the co-founders of ND-Connect, Eliana is building a mentorship and peer support platform for neurodivergent people to connect with others that share lived experiences and grow with community.
She is also a co-founder of a non-profit, Viability, where she's led organizational development, community programming, and neurodiversity education initiatives.
To date, she’s supported 20+ companies and 1000+ leaders in making their cultures and processes to be more neuroinclusive. She has also spearheaded projects on COVID-19, student rights, and employment discrimination.
Eliana brings her lived experiences with neurodiversity (ADHD + mental health) when advocating for systems change, and ultimately, hopes to create more spaces where neurodivergent people can live as their authentic selves and thrive.
