Jenny Clifford

Jenny Clifford is the Co-Chair of the Neurodiversity Network, where she is deeply committed to supporting colleagues to feel understood, valued, and able to truly thrive in the workplace. Through advocacy, education, and practical support, she works to help create environments where difference is recognised as a strength rather than a barrier.
Jenny works in Learning & Development and is passionate about designing training that is genuinely inclusive and accessible for everyone.

Neurodiversity is not only central to her professional role but also personal to her. As both her son and husband are neurodivergent, she brings first-hand insight into the challenges, strengths, and everyday realities experienced by neurodivergent individuals and families. This perspective drives her commitment to challenging stigma, influencing positive change, and ensuring neurodivergent voices are heard, respected, and supported.
