Julia Humphreys

Julia Humphreys is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Digital Catapult. She focuses on fostering a diverse, inclusive, and progressive learning culture, while building organizational capabilities and supporting career development and progression opportunities. Julia is a Fellow of the CIPD and LPI and brings broad experience across global listed businesses in Technology, Media, as well as smaller start-ups and the public sector. She is deeply committed to Gender, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, recognizing that it is not only the right thing to do but also essential for driving better organizational outcomes and innovation.
