Now, through her own business, she offers training and consulting to help organisations create truly inclusive environments where neurodivergent employees can thrive. Passionate about authenticity and systemic change, Lucy delivers engaging talks that challenge perceptions and provide practical strategies for neuroinclusive workplaces.
