Maureen Hilton-Sokoloff, Founder of Maureen Hilton Strategies, is a passionate
Neurodiversity and Autism trainer, speaker, and Career Coach dedicated to empowering organizations, academic institutions, coaching schools, and individuals with neurodiversity and Autism awareness, acceptance, appreciation, and actionable strategies in both our personal and professional lives to foster a more compassionate and neuro-inclusive world.

Maureen accomplishes this by enthusiastically sharing, in each training and Career Coach session, her years of experience and education gained from 20 years at Harvard University’s Career Services and Human Resources, and over 18 years in the neurodiversity and Autism realms, including being a Career Coach for the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (USA) and Do-It Solutions Neurodiversity Champion.
