Maya leads the Operations and People functions at Diversity and Ability, an award winning social enterprise led by and for disabled people.
Having had the opportunity to develop services for disabled and neurodiverse students as well as ensuring an engaging and inclusive workplace culture at Diversity and Ability, she demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusion throughout all her work.

As a HR professional Maya has worked to ensure inclusive recruitment, employee engagement and truly accessible working practices are available to all employees.
