Ceri Reed

Ceri founded Parents Voices in Wales CIC to support and signpost families whose children and young people have learning differences and/or mental health challenges. PV coproduced the NEST/NYTH Framework and supports its roll out by facilitating parent/carer coproduction in Neurodevelopmental and CAMHS services in Wales.

Ceri co-Chairs the Welsh Government Ministerial Advisory Group, is a panel member of the Welsh Government Education ALN Effective Practice, is stakeholder in the NHS Executive and WG Neurodevelopment Improvement Programme and NHS Executive CAMHS Clinical Implementation Group. Ceri is a Neurodiversity Trainer supporting the whole system in Wales and a stakeholder in the Welsh Local Government Association National Neurodivergence Team’s workstreams.
