Rachel Dyer
Rachel Dyer has spent many years working in Learning and Development, where she’s had the privilege of supporting people with a wide range of needs and neurodivergent experiences. Her understanding of neurodiversity is also shaped by her life at home as a parent to a neurodiverse daughter, which has deepened her empathy and strengthened her drive to create environments where everyone can flourish. Rachel is passionate about helping people understand what they need to thrive at work and in learning, and she is always seeking new ways to grow, learn, and make inclusion feel real in everyday practice.
