Ray Pope (she/her)

After working for 16 years at major record labels, Ray is currently positioned as Head of Talent Acquisition for ATG Entertainment, a company that produces award winning shows and is a world leader in theatre ticketing. Ray works closely with hiring managers across ATG’s UK business to attract a diverse range of candidates into the company, from entry-level to senior management. Within her role, Ray helps with the development of talent pipelines, making connections and developing relationships that enable ATG to reach and recruit a diverse workforce.

Ray is dyslexic and has ADHD so knows first-hand the challenges of thinking differently while trying to advance a career in a fast-paced creative industry. She has a proven track record of making businesses more accessible with diversity and inclusion baked into every aspect of her hiring practices. She has been a curator for Woman Beyond the Box, the UK's first ever list focusing entirely on neurodivergent women since 2022. And she is also on the board of trustees for Attitude is Everything, focussing on boosting accessibility, inclusion and diversity across the UKs creative industries.
