Sarah Colgan

Sarah is founder of Project All Rise which will launch in April 2026 to drive culture change around neurodiversity. Sarah brings 15 years’ experience leading in strategic roles across communications, partnerships, and social impact. She specialises in devising creative strategies to shift mindsets and bring about positive change. She has worked with MTV and the BBC in London, and RTÉ in Dublin, as well as co-founding content agency Along Came A Spider.

Her previous initiative, 20x20, became a national movement for gender equity, significantly increasing participation rates, attendances, and media coverage for women in sport. It successfully changed cultural perceptions, winning multiple national and international awards.
A proud mother of three, she also serves on the Board of Directors for Irish charity Daisyhouse, supporting women out of homelessness.
