With a deep interest in the intersection of gender, neurodiversity, and mental health, Scarlett’s work is shaped by her own journey. D&A transformed her understanding of disability, neurodiversity, and mental health—fueling her passion for reimagining workplaces as spaces where people thrive, both in and beyond their jobs.
