Sean Gilroy

Sean is a Senior User Experience Principal at the BBC and leads the workforce accessibility and inclusive design team. Sean also co-created BBC CAPE (Creating A Positive Environment), the BBC’s award-winning Neurodiversity initiative which sought design-led innovative solutions to remove barriers to employment for Neurodivergent people. Through this work Sean is now also the current Chair for NiON, the Neuroinclusive Organisations Network centred in Greater Manchester.
