Sophie Rowan

Sophie is a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist specialising in coaching and career strategising for senior executives and teams. After beginning her career in London, she returned to Dublin in 2001 to co-found Pinpoint, a boutique consultancy focused on career coaching and talent development. She has coached C-suite leaders across the public, private and third sectors, using Positive Psychology to deliver lasting impact.

Sophie supports leaders in developing identity, purpose and culture alignment, with a particular interest in strengths-based neuroinclusion. She is a published author, accredited psychometrician, and active member of the BPS and PSI.
