Stacey Heale (she/her)
Stacey Heale is a writer, speaker, curator, fashion academic, and campaigner focused on radically honest discussions about womanhood, survival, and identity. Her work explores the complexities of life’s most difficult moments—grief, motherhood, and the messy process of rebuilding from the ground up.
She has written for The Guardian, Women’s Health, The Telegraph, The Times, and You Magazine, tackling subjects from widowhood to late ADHD diagnosis, from beauty culture to the unseen labour of caregiving. Stacey’s TED talk focused on the use of social media to process trauma.
