Tania Gerard is a TEDx Speaker, Neurodiversity Trainer, Accessible Marketing Consultant and the founder of Tania Gerard Digital. As an ADHD UK Ambassador, she advocates for neuroinclusion in workplaces and education. Tania works with companies globally to implement accessible marketing and inclusive business strategies. She has been featured in BBC Radio, Authority Magazine, and Alt Marketing School’s ‘100 Marketers to Watch’. Through her consultancy, workshops, and podcast ADHD Founders Unfiltered, she educates businesses to create environments where neurodivergent individuals can feel safe.
