William Patrick de Laszlo, MBA, Doctor honoris causa

William de Laszlo is the founder and joint Managing Partner of Agathos Management LLP, a London-based private equity firm supporting UK SMEs. A former Captain in the British Army's Grenadier Guards, he earned an MBA with distinction from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, overcoming challenges posed by dyslexia. Once grappling with the stigma of being different, he is now a passionate advocate for neurodiversity. Agathos has backed impactful companies like Lexxic, Do-IT Solutions, and Targeted Provision, which champion neurodivergent individuals through assessment, support, and education. William also founded the GB Row Challenge and serves as a trustee for the Charlie Waller Trust.
