About the event
A practical session for managers and HR professionals on weaving neuroinclusion through every stage of the employee experience, from attraction, recruitment and onboarding to managing performance and career progression.
The goal is to build fair and accessible systems for all, moving from reactive processes to proactive, needs-led strategies, and highlighting the importance of an intersectional approach.

Melanie Francis | Event Chair
Melanie Francis, Chartered FCIPD is Director of Neurodiversity at Work at Do-IT Solutions. She is an experienced HR Director with extensive expertise in supporting organisations across the employee lifecycle. She has held senior roles including HR Director at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Strategic People Partner at London Business School, with additional commercial experience at Vodafone, Jisc and Oxford University Press. She was named one of HR's Most Influential Practitioners by HR Magazine in 2025.
She supports organisations on their neuroinclusion journey through training, tools and consultancy and is a passionate advocate, regularly speaking, training and sharing insights on neuroinclusive practice.

Rachel Dyer
Rachel Dyer has spent many years working in Learning and Development, where she’s had the privilege of supporting people with a wide range of needs and neurodivergent experiences. Her understanding of neurodiversity is also shaped by her life at home as a parent to a neurodiverse daughter, which has deepened her empathy and strengthened her drive to create environments where everyone can flourish. Rachel is passionate about helping people understand what they need to thrive at work and in learning, and she is always seeking new ways to grow, learn, and make inclusion feel real in everyday practice.

Emma Montgomerie
Emma brings over 20 years of HR experience across a range of sectors and is Director of Employee Experience at Wilson Partners. Throughout her career, her focus has always been to support people in their professional growth, develop their strengths and help them realise their full potential.
She is deeply passionate about creating an environment where individuals feel genuinely valued, listened to and supported. By championing wellbeing, inclusion and open, honest feedback, Emma works to ensure every team member feels they belong and has the opportunity to build a meaningful and rewarding career.

Grace Humphrey
Grace works as an Employee Experience Advisor at Wilson Partners, where she plays a central role in supporting and developing the firm’s people across the full employee lifecycle. From leading recruitment initiatives and delivering a thoughtful onboarding experience, to coordinating training programmes, professional development opportunities and employee engagement activities, Grace is focused on creating a culture where individuals feel valued, supported and empowered.
Her goal is to foster an environment that encourages growth, strengthens collaboration, and ensures every team member has the opportunity to thrive and build a meaningful, rewarding career.

Jenny Clifford
Jenny Clifford is the Co-Chair of the Neurodiversity Network, where she is deeply committed to supporting colleagues to feel understood, valued, and able to truly thrive in the workplace. Through advocacy, education, and practical support, she works to help create environments where difference is recognised as a strength rather than a barrier.
Jenny works in Learning & Development and is passionate about designing training that is genuinely inclusive and accessible for everyone.
Neurodiversity is not only central to her professional role but also personal to her. As both her son and husband are neurodivergent, she brings first-hand insight into the challenges, strengths, and everyday realities experienced by neurodivergent individuals and families. This perspective drives her commitment to challenging stigma, influencing positive change, and ensuring neurodivergent voices are heard, respected, and supported.

Alexa Lloyd
Alexa Lloyd has nearly 20 years of experience in HR and has worked in the NHS since 2009, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience of neurodivergence to her work. As an FCIPD-qualified HR Business Partner supporting both medical and non-medical staff in a large acute hospital setting, she is passionate about creating workplaces where everyone can thrive as their authentic selves. Alexa focuses on turning inclusive practice into meaningful, everyday reality—ensuring neuro-inclusive approaches enable people to perform at their best across all roles and environments.
