Susie Phillips-Baker | Event Chair
Dr Susie Phillips-Baker is Chief Psychologist at Lexxic and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in organisational development, leadership capability, and neuroinclusive workplace strategy. She works with organisations across the corporate, public, and education sectors to design evidence-based approaches that enable individuals and teams to thrive.
Susie has extensive experience delivering leadership development, executive coaching, and organisational consulting, supporting organisations to build inclusive cultures and develop effective leadership capability. Her work brings together academic insight and practical consulting expertise, with a particular interest in creating workplaces where diverse thinking styles are recognised as a source of strength and innovation.

Sophie Rowan
Sophie is a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist specialising in coaching and career strategising for senior executives and teams. After beginning her career in London, she returned to Dublin in 2001 to co-found Pinpoint, a boutique consultancy focused on career coaching and talent development. She has coached C-suite leaders across the public, private and third sectors, using Positive Psychology to deliver lasting impact.
Sophie supports leaders in developing identity, purpose and culture alignment, with a particular interest in strengths-based neuroinclusion. She is a published author, accredited psychometrician, and active member of the BPS and PSI.

Sarah Colgan
Sarah is founder of Project All Rise which will launch in April 2026 to drive culture change around neurodiversity. Sarah brings 15 years’ experience leading in strategic roles across communications, partnerships, and social impact. She specialises in devising creative strategies to shift mindsets and bring about positive change. She has worked with MTV and the BBC in London, and RTÉ in Dublin, as well as co-founding content agency Along Came A Spider.
Her previous initiative, 20x20, became a national movement for gender equity, significantly increasing participation rates, attendances, and media coverage for women in sport. It successfully changed cultural perceptions, winning multiple national and international awards.
A proud mother of three, she also serves on the Board of Directors for Irish charity Daisyhouse, supporting women out of homelessness.
