Marc is the Founder / Director of Diversita - a neurodiversity consultancy that works with organisations to become more neuro-inclusive. Diversita also support the neurodivergent community through their new digital platform – Diversita Connect.

He is at the early stage of an ADHD diagnosis and is the father of 2 neurodivergent children.
