Marcia Brissett-Bailey
Marcia Brissett-Bailey is a thought leader, speaker, and educator, and the author of Black, Brilliant and Dyslexic, featured in Forbes. A passionate advocate for dyslexia, she amplifies underrepresented voices through an intersectional lens.
She is Director of Rethink Learning Consultancy, co-founder of Black Leadership & Excellence in Neurodiversity (BleND) CIC, and an advisory board member for Birkbeck University’s Centre for Neurodiversity at Work and Rowan University.
Recognised on the Diversity Power List 2024/25, she has received multiple awards, including Rising Stars 100 Winner and WeAreTheCity Alumni Achievement Award. Marcia is ranked among the UK’s Top 50 Influential Neurodivergent Women.
